What is the Talentta connector for Claude and ChatGPT?+
The Talentta connector is an MCP server that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT use Talentta for you. Once connected, you can search jobs in Nigeria and across Africa, match roles to your profile, review your CV, track applications and draft job posts from a chat.
Is the Talentta AI connector free?+
Yes. Every Talentta account gets 100 connector actions a day for free. Beyond that, each action costs 0.1 Talentta tokens from your wallet. Public job search without signing in is free and only rate limited. Publishing a job still uses normal Talentta pricing.
Can the AI apply to jobs without asking me?+
No. Talentta tells the assistant to show you exactly what will be submitted and to wait for your confirmation before applying to a job or creating a job draft. Payments, publishing and account changes stay on the Talentta website.
What can the assistant see in my Talentta account?+
Only what you approve on the Talentta consent screen: typically your profile and CV, your applications and job search. It never sees your password, cannot change your email and cannot create accounts. You can disconnect any assistant from Connected apps at any time.
Which AI assistants work with Talentta?+
Talentta works with Claude, ChatGPT and any AI client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth, including Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code agents.
