I am a versatile and detail-oriented professional with experience across customer service, data entry, administrative support, recruitment operations, and retail. I currently work as a Data Entry Officer with Greater Washington Limited, where I manage shipment, customer, inventory, and transaction records, verify logistics documents, track stock movements, and collaborate with warehouse, delivery, and customer service teams to maintain accurate operational information.

I also have remote experience as an Account Preparation Editor with Christiana Recruitment Firm, supporting international candidates with job applications within the National Health Service. My responsibilities include reviewing job descriptions and person specifications, tailoring CVs and supporting statements, tracking application deadlines and employer communications, and handling confidential client information throughout the application process.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative with Multi-Choice Nigeria, where I handled customer enquiries relating to services, billing, troubleshooting, and accounts through multiple communication channels. I also supported customer retention, processed service changes and upgrades, and promoted relevant solutions.

My earlier experience includes working as a Retail Associate at Stardom Mall, an Administrative Officer at Libramyde Concept Services, and providing Procurement/Administrative Support at the Lagos State House of Assembly.
