From my early days teaching computer fundamentals to secondary school students, I discovered how much I enjoy helping people understand and use technology with confidence. Whether it was guiding students through spreadsheets or preparing a computer lab for over 30 candidates during a national examination, I found fulfillment in solving problems and making technology accessible. That passion naturally grew into my decision to pursue a career in IT Support.

Completing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate gave me hands-on training in troubleshooting, networking, system administration, and security. It also strengthened my problem-solving mindset breaking issues into smaller parts, identifying the root cause, and applying practical fixes. But beyond technical skills, I’ve developed strong communication and customer service abilities. For example, during my time as a field agent with Betway, I not only resolved account and funding issues but also improved customer satisfaction by actively listening, providing clear solutions, and building trust.

Technical Support excites me because it sits at the intersection of technology and people. It’s not just about fixing errors; it’s about ensuring that users feel supported, confident, and able to achieve their goals. My experience as a Media Coordinator, where I led volunteers and trained them on audiovisual systems, also prepared me to collaborate in fast-paced environments, guide others patiently, and take responsibility when challenges arise. I believe this role fits me because it allows me to bring together my strengths: technical knowledge, clear communication, research skills, and a passion for helping people. I am motivated by the idea that every ticket solved, every system restored, and every user assisted contributes to smoother operations and greater impact for the organization. Ultimately, Technical Support isn’t just a job for me it’s a career path where I can continue learning, problem-solving, and adding value while doing what I love most: empowering people through technology.
