I support businesses by managing the systems and workflows that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, organizing communication, coordinating tasks, improving customer response processes, and ensuring that day-to-day operations are handled efficiently and consistently.

To do this effectively, I work with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams for communication and documentation, ClickUp and Trello for project and workflow management, HubSpot and Freshdesk for customer support and CRM organization, and Calendly for scheduling and coordination. I also use Loom to simplify communication through quick video updates, and Apollo and Lemlist to support structured lead generation and outreach processes. When needed, I assist with travel and logistics coordination using platforms such as Airbnb and Trip.com.
