I’m a detail oriented professional with experience in administrative support, operations, customer service, and data management, and I’m currently building my skills in Data Analysis and Project Management.

I enjoy working with information, organizing tasks, solving problems, and finding better ways to get things done. My interest in data analysis comes from wanting to understand what the numbers are saying and use those insights to support better business decisions.

I have experience working with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Google Workspace, Asana, and Trello, and I’m continuously learning and improving my technical and project management skills.

I’m also comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, communicating with clients and team members, maintaining accurate records, and keeping workflows organized. I can work effectively both remotely and in a team environment.

I’m currently open to opportunities in Data Analysis, Administrative Operations, Virtual Assistance, and Project Coordination, particularly within Fintech, Banking, and Telecommunications.
