Okesanya Omotola Victoria

I’m a Mass Communication graduate with a Second Class Upper degree, and I also hold an HND in Mass Communication with Upper Credit. I currently work as a Transaction Officer at Access Bank, where I’m responsible for handling customer transactions, supporting ATM operations, assisting the retail team, and attending to customers in the banking hall.

Before joining Access Bank, I gained customer service experience at MTN during my NYSC, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills. I also have experience as a Mystery Shopper, which strengthened my attention to detail and ability to evaluate customer experiences objectively.

Over time, my experiences have helped me develop strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. I’m adaptable, a quick learner, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. I’m also interested in digital finance, Web3, and data analytics because I’m passionate about how technology can improve financial services and customer experiences.

At this stage of my career, I’m looking for an opportunity where I can leverage my experience, continue learning, take on greater responsibilities, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the organisation.
