My name is Isaiah Michael Oluwatobi, an agripreneur passionate about solving food security challenges through innovation. I studied Agriculture and have hands-on experience in poultry farming, egg handling, and agribusiness management through my SIWES internship and further field practice.

From my experience, I observed the high rate of egg wastage due to poor storage and limited preservation methods. This inspired me to develop Tim Yolky Egg Powder, a solution that transforms fresh eggs into powder with a longer shelf life, reduced wastage, and increased value for farmers, caterers, and households.

Beyond my venture, I am committed to building sustainable agribusiness models that blend technology, value addition, and market-driven solutions. My career goal is to become a leader in food processing and agritech innovation, creating scalable businesses that provide employment, reduce post-harvest losses, and contribute to Africa’s food security.
