Salem Andero

Salem Tomiwa Andero is a business and operations professional with experience across private aviation, entrepreneurship, strategic partnerships, international business development, events, and stakeholder engagement.

His professional experience includes working with clients, brokers, company directors, senior executives, government institutions, international organizations, and private-sector stakeholders across multiple markets. He has been involved in private jet charter and aircraft acquisition, corporate aviation services, travel and tourism, large-scale procurement, and commercial negotiations.

Salem has held leadership and operational roles across organizations in Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines. His experience includes serving as an Event & Fundraising Consultant to the Office of the Senior Special Adviser to the President of Nigeria on Livestock Development, Director of Special Projects for the African Caribbean Sustainability & Investment Summit in London, Head of Partnerships & Sponsorships at Thinkation, and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at PropTechBuzz.

As an entrepreneur and operator, he has led teams, managed day-to-day business operations, developed growth strategies, coordinated partnerships, handled stakeholder relationships, and supported organizations through periods of expansion and restructuring. He has also led international outreach and secured partnerships involving institutions such as the African Union, Afreximbank, CARICOM, Air Peace, and Miva University.

Salem holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and has completed training through Y Combinator Startup School and the Tony Elumelu Foundation.
